### Bonita Beach Home! Fully Renovated, Heated Pool, Lake Views!

New remodeled 3 bedroom, two bathroom pool home with Lake view, just minutes from the Gulf Beaches.   
Family room with desk and Living with electric fireplace and smart TV for streaming. Sliding doors open up to the screened in pool area with outdoor dining, seating and lounge areas. The pool features two deck jets can be switched on along the back side and provide a nice tropical ambiance.. Spacious, fully equipped open kitchen with island seating. Bot a regular coffee maker and Keurig for the coffee lovers. Dining off the kitchen with French doors to the pool area.  
Oversized primary suite with king size bed, smart TV for streaming, desk and custom closet. The en-suite primary bathroom features dual sinks and a separate shower and soaking tub.  
Both guest bedrooms are located on the left wing and feature a queen and full size bed. Beach chairs and umbrella, BBQ, high chair and pack-n-play for the little one, and bikes can be use with waiver.   
\*\*\*Note for Peak Season: Three month minimum rental in season (Jan- April)\*\*\*  
  
Vanderbilt Lakes is a gated community located minutes from Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, and Vanderbilt Beach in Naples. When you enter the community you are greeted by large oak trees tunneling the gated entrance and a long lake view with benches for viewing.  
Single family homes are situated along meandering streets lined with large, mature trees and well established landscaping.   
Vanderbilt Lakes is west of US 41, within biking distance to Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach and only minutes to fine dining and shopping at Coconut Point Mall. Grocery stores and medical services are only minutes away.

\* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fee for Vanderbilt Lakes is $100   
\* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.  
\* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.   
\* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
