Beginning Monday, April 15, the BBCA Shuttle Buses will provide transportation to and from two different locations along Bonita Beach: Lovers Key and Doc’s Beach House. Welcome to Wild Pines, a 105-condo community enclave within the highly acclaimed Bonita Bay community. Wild Pines offers its guests their own swimming pool, hot tub, pool house, tennis/pickle ball courts and complimentary gas grills just steps outside of the condo. If you are looking for a vacation that embodies the Southwest Florida lifestyle, time spent in this beautiful condo in this idyllic setting will not disappoint. The beautifully renovated condo includes: 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeps 6, 2nd floor end unit with screened lanai overlooking the lake. Wild Pines in Bonita Bay gated community includes, 3 parks, walking/biking paths, playgrounds, marina and restaurant, BBQ grills. Open living room/dining space with sectional sofa, large Smart TV with streaming and cable TV programing, dining table with seating for 6 and 4 bar stools. Fully retractable sliding glass doors opening to the fully screened balcony surrounded by trees, with a corner view of the lake and dining table with seating for 4\. Enjoy reading and relaxing in a pair of club chairs and ottomans. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with elegant quartz counters, glass tile backsplash, full-sized appliances, stackable washer/dryer, cookware, dinnerware, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker. Master suite with king bed, Smart TV with streaming and cable TV programming, direct balcony access through sliding glass doors and ensuite remodeled bathroom with large walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has queen bed with full XL trundle and Smart TV with streaming and cable TV programing. Guest bathroom with bathtub/shower. Owner provided pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, volleyball, basketball, coolers. Unlimited highspeed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with streaming and cable TV programing. It was super clean, bright and cheerful, all that you need to cook and having laundry was helpful. The pictures on the listing are accurate. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and updated. The whole condo has been updated! The full sliding doors leading to the screened lanai/porch area really enhanced our stay. The weather wasn't the best, so we only had the pleasure of Bonita Bay's Beach property access a few days, but it was great to have private access to the beach! We only got to use the pool and hot tub once, but again it was a good sized pool to swim laps and relax. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The Bonita bay community is also beautiful. Check-in process was easy, the condo was spotless. Unfortunately the beach was closed due to the recent hurricane but we enjoyed some time at the pool and other beaches. ##### Dave M. So super clean, and nothing was left unthought of! The porch closet had so much fun stuff to play with, and the kitchen amenities were great. Condo itself was lovely and beautifully remodeled. Everything we needed and more was available in the kitchen. The Pac Man game was a bonus as well as the other games available. We were a little disappointed that the unit was so dark. The outside light for the living, dining and kitchen areas came from the sliding doors to the patio. There were so many trees right outside, very little light came into the unit and we needed lights on all the time to see well. That didn't keep us from having a lovely time! We didn't use the pool and didn't find the park or shuttle to take us to the kayak or picnic areas. That was probably our fault. All in all, a beautiful condo! Certainly wish the policy of Fla Vacation Rentals afforded more timely information about check in. If you're an organized planner, getting check in info two days ahead isn't comfortable. ##### Cathy C. Super clean and comfortable beds. The ice machine frequently gets clogged in the fridge. I would stay here again if the management itrip vacations would have been responsive. It took weeks and several emails to get my name corrected on the beach shuttle pass and I paid in full when I booked and they said I needed to pay the remainder. I Feel bad for the owners to pay a management company that does not communicate. ##### Rhoda B.
