As avid Bills and Packers fans, we grew weary of the cold and snow of Western, NY and looked to Florida for sun and warmth. Welcome to our lovely, Southwest Florida condominium! Enjoy a relaxing getaway at Wild Pines in the exclusive and gated Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs. 5 private golf courses, a marina with a waterside restaurant, private beach club and three parks make this is one of the most sought-after communities in Southwest Florida. Located close by to amazing restaurants, beautiful Coconut Point shopping mall, The Promenade and some of SW Florida's best sightseeing high points, you'll have your fill of shells at Lover's Key State Park and Barefoot Beach Preserve. This 2nd floor condo features elevator access, high speed internet and complimentary WIFI, cable, keyless entry and free parking. The living room features a brand new, queen-size pull-out couch, easy side chair and entertainment center with a flat screen TV, books and board games. There are even tennis rackets for our tennis enthusiasts! In the evening play cards in the dining area at the table for 4 or have dessert on the lanai as your vacation day ends. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a new mattress, brand new duvet cover and soft linens for a restful night after a day at the beach or pool. A large dresser with a TV, two nightstands and a closet allow you to unpack and organize. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated with a new range, dishwasher and refrigerator. Imagine starting your day with coffee, tea or ending it with your favorite cocktail on the screened lanai that's off the living room and wraps around the bedroom and overlooks the stunning fairways of the Bonita Bay Golf Club. You'll enjoy sitting by the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, playing tennis, bocce ball, renting free canoes or kayaks, fishing on the piers, walking on the Boardwalk to the back a bays or biking on the12 miles of trails throughout the club. The King bed was very comfortable, nice furnishings, peaceful screened lanai, and excellent location near pool and jacuzzi. There are lots of walking trails, and DeRoma's and Promenade shopping are a short walk from condo. The host is very friendly, helpful, and availabe for any questions. We spent 10 nights at Janine and Bill's lovely condo in Bonita Bay. It was such a wonderfully relaxing vacation in this extremely comfortable condo. We spent every morning and evening on the lanai watching the golfers. It is a great view both in the morning and also as the sun sets. The condo is updated just as the pictures present online. It is very comfortable with everything that you will need in your home away from home. There is nothing that you will need to purchase other than your food and eventually paper products/garbage bags but they give you plenty to begin your vacation so not to worry. The bed is super comfy and the sheets were so soft that I had to find the brand and take a set home with me. For those who are not familiar with the area, in my opinion, it is the best! It is a gated and very safe community. Close to fantastic restaurants (Petar's....yummy!! Will review separately) and a short drive into the heart of Naples. We biked the lovely trails within the community every day and there was always something different to see. We did not utilize the shuttle to the beach or the pool. Janine was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. She also made recommendation that were perfect. The community looks wonderfully restored. Some of our favorite spots (outside of Bonita Bay) are not yet open due to the devastating hurricane damage. You can see they are working hard to restore the area. We look forward to staying with Janine and Bill again. ##### Valerie M. The condo is located a short drive to the beaches in Bonita-the shuttle to the private beach is a nice perk. An easy drive to Fort Meyers and Sanibel (if you want to do some shelling, bring your own "shelling scoop/tools") and the amenities in the condo made the time there hassle free. The condo has both a Keurig and standard coffee maker. The hosts were attentive and wonderful. We'd rent from them again...Thank you! ##### Sara Z.
