« Got to use the pool the first night we got there, but then they shut it down the rest of the week we were there because it had baby frogs in it. They have a gnat infestation on the whole second floor. They cleaned our room the second day and whatever they mopped with made our floors sticky. I asked for it to be remopped and the guy came up and said housekeeping didn’t want to waste a mop so he got down on his hands and knees with a spray bottle and rag to clean it.
