The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We were there during the week so there is no shuttle running so family members had to be driven to the mountain. The location was perfect—just a short distance to the mountain, making it super convenient for skiing and exploring the mountain. The house itself was fantastic—spacious, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were great—very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s a great house for multiple families. We had kids aged 5-13 - 2 families and we enjoyed the space. Close to Stratton and on the shuttles path which was super helpful. Bart R. 5 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Immaculate and convenient This house is beautiful, spacious and incredibly close to the mountain. As a previous Stratton homeowner, I had never rented before. This house exceeded all expectations. My wife and I stayed there with four teenagers (and our dog). I walked to the mountain one morning (9 minute walk) and the kids all took the shuttle. When they wanted to go out to dinner in the village on Saturday night the Blackbear shuttle came and picked them up. Serving big dinner and breakfast for all at the table was easy, and the open design of the kitchen allowed those working on the meals to be part of the discussion. After dinner the kids retired to the lower level to play pool, watch a movie and hang out while my wife and I sat by the fireplace. We will rent this home again. Thank you for having us! ##### D. We had such an awesome stay at Ali and Jim’s Skj Haus on Stratton Mountain. Great spot for a little early season ski trip with my son.
