Jun 11, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Dusche/ Balkon/ Freundlichkeit BAIS Mitarbeiterin Am Anreisetag waren wir schon vormittags im BAIS-Büro. Wir erwarteten keine Schlüsselübergabe, sondern eine Auskunft. Die erste angesprochene Mitarbeiterin hatte eine gerade eingeschüttete Tasse Kaffee vor sich stehen und verschwand umgehend mit dem Hinweis, dass sie eine Wohnung abnehmen müsse. Die zweite Mitarbeiterin hat uns erst mal darauf hingewiesen, dass wir zu früh sind(„Wir arbeiten nicht im Akkord“) und keinen Tiefgaragenplatz (war nicht notwendig, weil der reservierte Außenparkplatz nur 50 m von der Wohnung entfernt liegt) gebucht haben. Im Gesamteindruck hat die Dame nicht verstanden, dass das Grundrecht eines Urlaubers darin besteht, dass er am Urlaubsort freundlich begrüßt wird. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen und hat uns gefallen. Allerdings war der Balkon (Seeblick) in dieser Saison wohl noch nicht gereinigt worden. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig eingerichtet und entspricht dem guten Eindruck der veröffentlichen Fotos. Die Dusche ist allerdings nur geeignet für Menschen mit Normalmaß. Damit konnten wird sie zwar nutzen, aber für Menschen mit Übergewicht bzw. Übergröße ist diese Duschkabine deutlich zu eng und nicht nutzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Boltenhagen , aber erste Eindruck am Urlaubsort trübte unseren Urlaub unnötig. Die BAIS GmbH sollte an der Freundlichkeit ihrer Mitarbeitenden im Büro arbeiten. Dass durchaus kompetente und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter dort beschäftigt sind, zeigte eine andere Dame bei Abnahme. ##### Christoph F.
