It's literally a 20 minute walk from anything you might want to do. Marco is a fabulous host, and is always available for any need. Be aware that you're in the absolute center of the center of town, so there can be a little nightclub noise on some nights, but nothing a bit of fan noise or earplugs can't cover. They also checked on us to make sure we were OK and enjoying ourselves. It was like meeting good friends for the first time.
