The apartment is a large and bright three-room apartment on two levels. The entrance leads to the living area consisting of living room with sofa and access to the balcony overlooking the rooftops of Bologna and the church of the Servi, the kitchen and dining table and chairs. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a queen bed on the lower floor, the other on the upper floor, a double room with an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms complete with shower. It’s a central location so barely needs the bus, there were plenty of food places nearby and our hosts made checking in easy. We appreciated the laundry in the building as well. When we had a question, the hosts responded quickly. The location was quiet and a short 10-15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore where there was lots of great dining, shopping and tourist sights to see. The location was perfect as it was a short walk to the center of town. The people at the desk were so nice, helpful and very easy on the eyes. The apartment is perfect. It’s exactly as pictured. The kitchen and bathrooms are as clean as any hotel. The ac is better than expected with separate units in every room. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative thing I have to say is that the shower in the downstairs bedroom is assuredly tight. But the water pressure is just fine and I would not hesitate to come back or send my friends. ##### Gregg S.
