The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a charming historic building without an elevator.  
  
The Space:  
Casa Marion is a stylish apartment with a modern and refined design. The open-plan living area features a cozy burgundy accent wall that adds character to the space, complemented by functional furniture. The living room is bright, thanks to large French doors opening onto a balcony with stunning views of Bologna’s rooftops.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has a minimalist design with sleek white finishes and clean surfaces. It includes an oven, gas stove, modern sink, and a coffee machine, perfect for starting the day right. The dining area is furnished with a wooden table and industrial-style metal chairs, ideal for meals with friends or family.
