Sleeping area with double bed, 43 "smart TV and large dressing room, living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed, fireplace, 43" smart TV; bathroom. The whole apartment is in Luxury style The apartment is embellished with design details such as the Taccia lamp designed by the Castiglione brothers and produced by Flos and the Keyra lamp by Roberto Paoli produced by Leucos. The kitchen is equipped with microwave oven, induction stove and capsule coffee machine. The bathroom with shower is completed by quality towels and natural and organic bath products. The living room includes a sofa, which can become a comfortable double bed. The wi-fi is free. Inside the structure there are washing machines and dryers available for guests. Upon request we can equip the apartments with a germicidal purifier that allows a deep UV disinfection of the air in any type of environment to ensure high levels of hygiene, the unit is equipped with triple filter, hepa, activated carbon and optional ionizer and with a filtration efficiency of 99.97%. Penthouse in Bologna’s city center, in an historical palace, with designer accessories and furniture, located on the third and last floor and equipped with a fireplace. Bedroom zone with double bed, 43 "smart TV and spacious vestiaire, living area with cooking zone, double sofa bed, fireplace, snack bar and 43" smart TV. The entire apartment is designed in Luxury-style. Every detail has been carefully studied in order to combine convenience and comfort with modern design in an evocative ancient location in Bologna's city center. Bathroom completed by natural and organic products. The kitchen is accessorized with a microwave, induction cooktop and capsule coffee machine. Washing machines and driers are available for the guests in the structure. After making my reservation, I attempted contacting the owner and after three attempts to email (the only method of communication available), I still heard nothing back. It wasn’t until the day before my arrival did someone contact me, which by that time I was making back up plans in case I showed up and still received no instructions. Once I arrived, I discovered that the apartment given to me wasn’t at all what I reserved. With confirmations and screenshots, I texted the manager and she stated that unfortunately all the other apartments were occupied. I was vastly disappointed. I was issued a bit of a refund, which is a start, but at the end of the day there was a huge collapse in communication between VRBO and the property, or within the property management itself. The air conditioner had a pungent odour coming from it, to the point to where after a while, I became numb to it, but every time I entered the apartment it was as though I ran into a brick wall of strong odour. I did ask for an air freshener but that only made the smell an interesting blend of death and vanilla. The bed was quite comfortable and the apartment was quiet, which I both appreciated, and the location was convenient. Had I known I wasn’t going to stay in the apartment I booked, I would have booked elsewhere. The manager made every effort to ensure my comfort and I’m grateful but all in all I’d give it a 5/10. ##### Timo N.
