Suite à un imprévu, nous sommes restés 3 jours de plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un taxi est toujours présent à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour se promener. Nous avons pu aussi garer notre véhicule loué devant l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de téléphérique. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms at 1:30 a.m. because the bed had clearly not been cleaned — there were blood stains on the sheets, along with long strands of women’s hair, which clearly shows a total lack of hygiene. The rooms are extremely basic, with no comfort at all, and it was freezing cold inside: there’s no heating system. The view was directly onto a wall, which didn’t help the atmosphere either. The worst part was the staff’s behavior. After asking about the exchange rate at reception, I was offered a very poor rate. A few hours later, around 2 a.m., one of the staff members came to my room to renegotiate — a highly inappropriate situation that I would describe as borderline harassment. Another serious issue: the rooms are not cleaned during the stay and towels are not replaced. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. The only positive point: the location, which is convenient."
