"Ok in general I loved this hotel. It's super unique and so cute the bungalows they offer. However a few issues... very cold which is understood but they don't have solar power water heaters which could have helped. They forgot to turn the gas on for us to use hot water. The bungalow while lovely was cold. There are other designs that could let the sunlight and and make it warmer. The internet hardly works here. Plus they offer all these services that were not available. And then I thought...

"It is a charming place close to the cable car. Rose, the staff on site, is a star. She speaks beautiful English, gives us helpful information and organizes our early breakfast and our taxi ride to the airport."

"Nice property in a good location a little outside the main center of the town. Safe and a few good restaurants nearby. Service was good. Bathrooms were tiny though and there was no hot water in the sink. Overall pretty good value for price though. I would stay there again. "

"Good place nice room and comfortable. Dinner/lunch food was a bit dodgy with one of us finding undercooked chicken. "

"Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location "

"Clean and tidy hotel, dated style but still well kept. Duvet was a blanket think heavy blanket which I wasn't both used to. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffett breakfast was very basic."
