Rooms 221 and 223 had bed bugs. I traveled 2 half hours to get rest for my daughters state wrestling tournament in spring field. With a total of 5 with me. Clerk on the night shift was sweet and understanding. The first room 221 had one bed bug on the baseboard, which I immediately went back down stairs to let her know. Her being sweet I’ve ask for a different room which, in fact, she granted me. I was able to go to the second room which was 223. Also, in there was bed Bugs. I had to leave the night of. I could not stay there knowing had I stayed, I would have taken some home. Very clean rooms, but I could not stay the 2 nights I paid for. You guys definitely need to be inspected around the entire building.

Thank you for letting us know. We always inspect all the rooms and stay very cautious about the Bed Bugs. We do monthly Pest control spray in every room too. So sorry for the inconvenience you had and we strive to make everything possible to make our all guest stay happy. We will treat those rooms effectively and will let our staff know and make them more efficient to keep checking rooms more efficiently.

We had a dog so we were in the dog room. The bath room was a little dated. The tub held water while taking a shower until the water was turned off. The stool took awhile to empty when flushed. We were more disappointed in the hotel.com when trying to change the hotel reservation. Front desk said they couldn’t change it without hotel.com. Probably will not use this method again.
