Lucije (BRC630) is a single-family house located 1 km from the center of Bol, offering a private, fenced property of 1,400 sq.m. with a wildlife garden and trees. The property features a seasonal angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) available from May 2nd to October 24th. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The owner/gardener maintains the pool, ensuring a comfortable holiday rental experience.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of your private property spanning 1,400 sq.m. Surround yourself with lush greenery in the wildlife garden adorned with trees, creating a serene oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 150 cm, available seasonally from May 2nd to October 24th. Relax on the terrace equipped with garden furniture or fire up the barbecue for alfresco dining.

The property offers modern amenities, including internet access and a washing machine, ensuring a seamless vacation rental experience. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 4-room house with a total area of 80 square meters. The living and dining area is combined into one open space, featuring a comfortable sofabed and a satellite TV with a flat screen for your entertainment. This area is also equipped with air conditioning for your comfort. The bedrooms consist of one room with a French bed (160 cm), one room with two beds, and another room with two beds and an attached shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities, including two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, two gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. The house also offers a washing machine and a barbecue area for your convenience. Additionally, you will have access to satellite TV and air conditioning throughout the property. The maximum capacity of the house is seven guests.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts a roofed terrace where you can relax and enjoy the partial view of the sea. Outdoor furniture, including terrace furniture and deck chairs, are provided for your comfort. For families with young children, a children's high chair and a baby cot are available upon request. You can stay connected with complimentary WiFi internet access during your vacation.
