" staff needs to improve on how they treat their guests. They seem to favor on group over the other. could be a hereditary factor. Ex i came to drop off the beach towels. i handed the front desk employee and he directed me to a box. Ok fine, couple of days later a couple did the same thing and they took the towels from them. small issue, perhaps. Another example, sitting down at mood beach club for brunch and my girlfriend came over to meet me and she was stopped by a staff.... little annoying stuffs which i think they can be coached to do better. "

"We had a three night stay at the Renaissance Wind Creek Resort to celebrate my mother’s 89th birthday and the staff was amazing. They treated us like family and we really enjoyed our stay with all the amenities. We enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with a superb service and also enjoyed their amazing pool/ beach upstairs and their excellent service at the infinity beach bar and grill! We should definitely repeat this wonderful experience in the heart of Curaçao again! "

"The staff works hard and are always pleasant and accommodating. Food needs improvement, not always hot and limited variety. The rooms need more outlets to charge devices not at the desk, family friendly, pool was fun, small beach area, fun casino. There should be notice of what restaurants are open which days. The tour desk is very helpful, friendly and informative. Fans are needed in the Rendezvous bar area, very hot sitting there. GREAT sunsets!!"

If you ask me I traveled around the island and other resorts and this is the only one that fully give that blue water under the coconut tree experience.. very clean , they have a high upkeep routine.
