There is an open family room and kitchen, yet a reading room for games or work. The large patio is great for eating as well as lots of seating to relax. A fireplace is available to enjoy a cozy evening. Amenities abound in this house to give you the comforts of home and the three TVs allow for many preferences. This home is designed with a pleasant experience in mind. \- Meticulously cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. \- Master bedroom features a California King Size Bed, walk-in closet, TV, and spa tub. \- Second bedroom features King bed, closet, and TV \-Third bedroom has a bunk bed and a twin of full bunk for a whole family or all the kids! \-Remove the pillows from the couch and throw the provided linens on them and you can sleep another person in the living room. (We come from a large family and are always happy to squeeze another person in.) \- Indoor gas fireplace perfect for cozy evenings and conversations. \- Easy self-check-in via. secure door keypad \- Reliable WiFi \- Secure parking for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. This is a corner lot with TONS of off street parking, only no parking between 9am-2pm Mon-Fri. This is due to the school behind the neighborhood, it’s loosely enforced but you can incur a ticket. \- TV in living room, Master bedroom and the second bedroom. What you should know: This home is a skip and a hop away from us and we take pride in providing our guests a comfortable experience in a well cared for space. Do not hesitate to ask us if you need anything. Our house comfortably sleeps 9 with 1 Cal King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 King size bed, and two bunks beds one oer a full size bed. Additionally, remove the back cushions from the large sofa and you have yourself another super cozy spot for sleeping. \- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. \-The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Fully equipped with glasses, mugs, dishes, cutlery, mixing bowls, pots, pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, measuring cups & teaspoons, and some basic serving and cooking utensils. \-Dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and laundry detergent are available for your use. Guest access You'll have access to this entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with two living rooms, dining room and fully equipped kitchen! Other things to note There is a keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. Small coffee pot for accomidation of people, limited pots and pans, no extra toilet paper and no first aid kit available. Apon arrival the home was very hot but it was available earlier as requested which was greatly appreciated. There was a highchair, kids toys and family games in the closet, ice maker and water on the fridge. Great space for a big family or group. Also, I’ll be ready to take out your garbage do your own laundry. Do your own dishes Dusty and the carpet was pretty That was good mattresses were comfortable and there’s no blankets.
