THE HOUSE: This 1500 square foot home in a new subdivision offers three bedrooms (1 master King en-suite, 1 Queen, and one bedroom with 4 bunkbeds); 2.5 bathrooms total. Each upstairs bedroom has a television and the bunk room offers a PlayStation 4 game system. The downstairs living area offers a modern kitchen with hardwood floors, dishwasher, and family seating areas as well as a sectional sofa and large screen television. Utility room. Granite counter-tops throughout. The home also offers a double garage. No pets or smoking allowed. AMENITIES: Access to private neighborhood outdoor swimming pool (seasonal). My son (10 yo) and my sister, bro-in-law and their two boys (4yo & 7 months) really enjoyed this property. It was 10 minutes from the Airport and all of the activities/sites we visited. The property owners were quick to answer questions. The home was well-stocked with essentials and helpful items (kitchen utensils, beach towels, toys/games.) We enjoyed a day at the community pool. The only complaint I have is that I had trouble working the tv in the room with the Queen bed (not the master.) It didn't seem to have a cable box-only Roku, Netflix and Amazon Prime-none of which I could access. I needed a little later check out so my football boys could shower after their camp before the long ride home. They were so great to allow this! The house was clean, had plenty of space, we had everything we needed for a weeks stay, washer and dryer to wash stinky football clothes daily, the pool was great and only a short walk away. It was PERFECT! We kept saying how nicely it was decorated, they really have it set up so that it looks nice and is extremely comfortable to stay in. Another bonus was that it was legitimately clean. Not just a quick once over but really clean. I've stayed at several places in Idaho using vrbo and this was definitely the cleanest of them all. We had a great stay, and the location was perfect for being near places we wanted to go. I would definitely recommend for others and if I need a place in Boise again, I would book this place again, without a doubt. ##### Jen S.
