The garage is NOT included and is reserved for the Owner The Neighborhood: The cottage is Nestled between Downtown Boise and the historic district of the "North End" neighborhood, more specifically "Hyde Park". This neighborhood is a local favorite and a great place to experience the heart and soul of Boise. Hyde Park boasts quaint little coffee shops, restaurants and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, breweries, candy/ice cream shops, & bike shops. There is also Camel\`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails within a half mile of the property. The foothills trails connect to a system of trails called "River to Ridges" trail systems. It also connects to Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve. There is an Albertsons & Riteaid within 2 blocks and Franklin House Beer Backyard is a great hangout on the opposite side of the block. Only 30 minute drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort and 10 minute drive to the Boise Airport. With the foothills to the North, and Downtown, the River & Boise State University to the South, you will be in the center of everything! Boise Centre on the Grove, Saturday Market, the Botanical gardens, Taco Bell Arena, public transportation, and the Boise Greenbelt are also convenient to the property. Getting Around: This neighborhood can be easily navigated without a car. An inexpensive UBER to the property from the Airport and you will never feel stranded. The locals LOVE biking, hiking and walking the neighborhood and it is easy to bike and walk downtown as well. It is quite possible to never leave the neighborhood and have plenty to do and see! Experience one of Boise's most coveted neighborhoods and immerse yourself in the local culture. Boise Green Bikes are available at a low cost as well as electric scooters, and there are plenty of local bike shops if you would like to rent a Mtn. Bike or Road Bike. Other Things to Note: \~ At the discretion of Stay in My District, we may require that you provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to host. This if for the safety and security of both guests and property Owners. \~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm. \~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal. \~ Housekeeping is required and provided every 15 days for an additional charge on all stays over 15 nights. Interaction with Guests: We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. The quickest way to contact us is via the platform in which you are booked as those messages go directly to our on call manager.
