Having a double car attached garage was fantastic - especially since it was raining when we arrived (and we didn't look forward to having to unload in the rain!). The house was comfortable - the fireplace was a nice plus. Master bed was comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms! Kitchen is well stocked (could use some extra glasses - but that's it!). The location was great - considering we were visiting family who live in the foothills. But also close to downtown - but far enough away that you don't have to deal with lots of traffic.
