### NEW! North End Boise Golden Treehouse 🌲 🏡

You are sure to feel right at home in this new light and airy, clean, freshly renovated modern 2 bedroom house in the heart of North end Boise. Featuring an open floor plan, a cozy modern fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, and 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has direct access to the patio with unforgettable views of downtown Boise and an outdoor dining set.  
\-To close the front door you have to pull the front door tightly closed and then push and hold the 1 to get it to lock   
\-There is a Brita in the fridge  
\-There are games in the closet  
\-There are separate recycling and glass bins outside the door. Trash under the sink  
\-Most switches in the upper unit are on dimmers- use the slides on the side of the switch to dim/brighten  
  
For parking- it’s easiest to pull forward up the driveway and then back into the designated parking space. The lower carport spot is designated for the Golden Treehouse guests.  
 If you are not comfortable parking in these spots, you may park on the street. Please take care when pulling out of the driveway and not cut the corners too sharp. PLEASE SET YOUR PARKING BREAK.  
  
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING:  
\- Because of beautiful views this property offers there is a steep driveway and stairs leading up to the house.   
There are three flights of stairs to get to this upper unit.   
Please take this into consideration prior to booking if you or your fellow guests are unable to climb stairs.

#### Great location and well equipped

Cute, contemporary style apartment in terrific location to foothill trails and Hyde Park area. Manager was very responsive and the condo was very comfortable, good AC , fireplace and good internet made it a terrific place to base out of for my 8 day return to Boise to visit friends. I’ll rent this location again if price remains reasonable.

#### Golden Treehouse

My husband and I stayed at the Golden Treehouse with a couple of friends. Together we have 2 kids at BSU. Our stay in the north part of town was awesome! We walked a few blocks to discover Hyde Park, a cute, busy little shop-lined street nestled in the neighborhood. From the house we enjoyed the sunset views overlooking downtown and the capital. At the treetops (and up 30 or so stairs) is newly renovated and well appointed. Provided most everything we needed. Could used a few more drinking glasses and baking dishes in the kitchen, but overall beds were comfortable, living space was open and hospitable; it was fantastic! Ryleigh was timely and helpful in our communication and worked with us on all of our inquiries and requests. Highly enjoyable and recommended!

Probably best rental with a view you’re gonna find. The stairs are the price for it. Walk to camelback or Hyde park. Unit is clean and modern. Everything you need.

We had a small group and we absolutely loved staying! The stairs were the workout we didn’t know we needed after a night out on the town but we enjoyed the comfort and peacefulness of the property and how it was able to bring us all together to celebrate a friend turning 21!
