Clean, comfortable, and a great jumping-off spot for anything you’d like to do in Boise. One block to a coffee shop (Alchemist) and walking distance to many other restaurants and things to do! Relax after a full day of exploring our beautiful city by sitting outside in the backyard to enjoy the pleasant evenings. The basement apartment has one private bedroom with a Queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room (A single bed and a single trundle bed underneath). Bed linens provided. \*To note\* it is a basement apartment so you may hear noise from the house above. (Ie- foot-traffic, talking, etc). Many of our guests don't have an issue with it, but if you are noise sensitive, you may want to consider one of our other units on Airbnb at the same property. Just 3 blocks away from the Whitewater park where you can relax at the beach, swim or paddle on the pond, surf the whitewater wave, kayak or float the river, and hit the Greenbelt (the 25 mile track that follows the Boise River through the city). We want our Guests to experience the real Boise and have fun doing it. We provide bikes to ride into the hills or for a night out downtown, SUPs to be on the pond, a surfboard to shred, and a travel crib for babies. Self check-in with 24/7 keyless entry. One reserved off-street parking spot and additional free street parking. Boise West End is close to everything: <5 min walk to the Whitewater Park 10 min walk to the Greenbelt where there are numerous coffee shops and restaurants along the water. 10 min bike to downtown or an $8 Lyft if that’s more your speed 10 min bike to foothills with over 200 miles of mountain biking/hiking trails. 15 min drive to the airport. 20 min drive to rock climbing at the Black Cliffs 45 min drive to Bogus Basin Ski Resort or Cascade Rafting and Kayaking. \*This is a bright and cozy basement apartment with its own separate entrance and dedicated outdoor patio area. While we have done our best to sound proof the house, it is a basement apartment and so there may be some noise from the guests in the house above. We ask all guests to be respectful of the other tenants and to observe that after 10pm is quiet time for the property. \*Our House, Apartment, Loft, and Studio can be joined together for a larger group Rental. The House is a 2 bed/2 bath that can sleep 8, the Loft and the Studio are both Studios that can sleep 4 each. Early check-in is available for a fee. The Whitewater apartment was perfect for our stay. Small space well suited to our needs. We used a couple of the bikes to take long rides on the greenway which is very close by. The bed was very Comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. And the bikes available on the property make for a nice ride around Boise. I would have given 5 stars, but don't take the words about the noise from the apartment above lightly. On our first night, the group above us must have come home around 2:30 am, and it sounded like elephants were stomping around in the room above, waking us up. Even the light food steps sounded like stomping from the apartment below. Consider booking an alternative studio or apartment on the property if this would be a concern for you.
