The room was not insulated very well so any noise in the hall was loud. The bed is harder than the parking lot pavement. The room smelled like cigarettes. The hall and elevator smelled like pot. The only good part about the stay is the staff. They were kind and helpful.

Went to check in at 6 but no one was at the desk. Tried waiting but waited about 15 minutes. After waiting I walked through the halls to be greeted with the smell of smoke throughout the halls. Went back to the front desk with no one there. Requested cancellation but still got charged

There are sketchy people walking the halls with their loud barking dogs, the toilet had a loose handle, when first entered room it smelt like stinky feet. It would be nice if they quit letting people with trailers take up 4 spots of parking in the lot.
