Close to downtown

Posted 25-Apr-2016
The hotel and staff were very accommodating. Noise was definitely a problem if you plan to sleep. The road behind the hotel sounded like a constant drag strip with car revving engines and squealing their tires.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel in der Innenstadt

Posted 22-Apr-2016
Pros: Das Badezimmer

A bit overrated

Posted 22-Mar-2016
We were given a room at the top of the stairs where it was very noisy. There is no elevator so you have to lug your suitcase up metal stairs. There was no coffee in room and no room to unpack and hang clothes

Not a good experience

Posted 19-Feb-2016
Pros: Nothing. And it was $125 a night. Could have stayed at the very nice Red Lion for way less than that.
Cons: Turn it into a $20 rub and tug. Make more money, more satisfied customers.
Location: Downtown Boise is nice. Stay at a nice hotel, not this one.
Terrible hotel room. Crappy old Travelodge with some window dressing. They gave us a room right above the bar, so no sleep until very late. Why would you rent out that room at all? The room was supposed to be "chic" but I would describe it as "Spartan." There was no parking, so I had to park my car a block away on the street. Street racers revved their engines right outside our room until early morning. They can have all the hipsters giving them good reviews- us baby boomers think this place is a dump and will never stay there again.

Don't miss the bar and restaurant

Posted 13-Feb-2016
Pros: Decor, bar and restaurant
Cons: It's a motel so you step into your room directly from the parking lot... a little odd initially but handy too
Location: Walking distance to everything downtown
They have done a good job updating this Travelodge circa 1965 into a funky chic space, and we were plenty comfortable for our one night. If you tire of generic big box hotels, give this one a whirl for a unique experience. Most importantly, don't miss the bar and restaurant. They pride themselves on seasonal craft cocktails and local ingredients, and everything we had was delicious. Garlic roasted brussel sprouts with crispy onions and blue cheese - oh my. The staff act like they are owners, always striving to provide the best service and experience.

Gray renovation of a Travelodge!

Posted 11-Feb-2016
I stayed here for 2 nights in February 2016. The hotel staff were wonderful! The room was remodeled and very clean. Although, it is very loud with other patrons coming and going. The restaurant food was to die for! Highly, highly recommend it!

I thought inside the room was nice but it def wasnt very nice location and the outside looks a tad out dated. Just wasnt what I was expecting. The staff were so nice though so it was worth it.
