The Space: This property has 3 bedrooms,1 King bed, 1 queen, and 2 twins and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is lightly stocked with basic cooking supplies. All linens are provided. Parking lot parking right out front of the unit. We are so excited to have you! House Rules & Helpful Info Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Good amenities, and neighborhood was mostly quiet for being so populated in the townhome complex. I liked the front unit, made brining in luggage very easy. I think it was a new build at that time. But now the townhome looks a bit beat up, needing some maintenance. Place was dusty, microwave handle broken, stains on couch and carpet, kitchen pots were not cleaned well, one kitchen sponge for dishes and it was rotten, vertical blinds on slider door had several missing. Walls need some paint touch up and one kitchen char looks like a dog chewed it up. Upstairs bathroom shower ensuite has water damage on baseboard as the water pours out of the shower when being used.
