Not what I'd call extravagant, but has everything one needs and the owner was super communicative. But the one down side is a potentially big one. Its located on a major artery and the bedrooms are right on top of the street. There's passing big 'ole V8 trucks and Mustangs, punks in Subaru WRX's with giant tailpipes, Harley-Davidsons, etc. going by at all hours. So anyone who's a light sleeper (like I am) will be lucky to get more than 20 continuous minutes.
