Situated within walking distance of the trendy shops and delicacies of historic downtown Nampa, this charming basement unit features a modern living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV & dining nook.  
  
The kitchen boasts a refrigerator, microwave, and hotplate; the bedroom has a queen-size bed & a spacious walk-in closet while offering a bathroom with a full-sized tub & an in-room laundry center for your convenience.  
  
The space  
A cozy subterranean experience with a big living feel. Absolutely filled to the brim with amenities to make any stay away feel like home. Whether short or long term, we always strive to provide good, clean, affordable comfort.  
  
Guest access  
Guest have access to the entire basement unit.  
  
Other things to note  
Disclaimer: This is a basement unit and as such, is occasionally subjected to noise transfer from the family upstairs. While many of our positive reviews reference this yet take no issue, I understand that there are certain guests who may be more sensitive to additional sounds. If this is the case, please take this disclaimer into account before booking. Thank you!  
  
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per booking. Any additional guests are required to park off-site. Street parking is available on both 5th and 6th street, a short, paved walk down 16th Ave.  
  
Long term tenants over 28 days may be required to sign a separate rental agreement, provided by the host, for the booked duration.  
  
We ask that you please keep any noise down to a respectable level.  
  
Please use the microwave venting when cooking on the induction burners.  
  
Please use the Bathroom ventilation fan during and after hot water usage.  
  
Please treat the space with respect. We prefer to keep our cleaning fees lower and as such, we appreciate if you rinse or clean cookware, dishes, and utensils after use to avoid premature damages.  
  
Additional overnight guests are not permitted. The maximum occupancy for this apartment, at any time, is 4 persons.
