For example, entrance is at street level, once in, you have 23 steps to get up to the first level of the property. Once in the 3-story property, you have more stairs to navigate. There is no dedicated parking. Sometimes you’re lucky, sometimes you’re a block away - makes loading and unloading chancy. One of the neighboring properties had a furnace or AC going off at all hours of the day and night. Very loud in the second bedroom every night. Garbage is behind the property in the alley.
