Everything was clean and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and kitchen essentials. The heat takes a little while to catch up and it is a basement apartment so the floors get cold… just be prepared with socks or slippers. I can not put a $1600 dollar hold on my credit card so I paid the fee. Otherwise the apartment was quiet and clean, the TV did was not connected to anything the heater and fridge are a bit noisy but I also acknowledge I am sensitive to sound. Once unplugged the apartment was quiet from street sounds but can hear upstairs apartment activity. I would stay there again. ##### Eric L.
