When the listing said historic bungalow, I had no idea how historic. This home has been updated yet still has the charm of the early 1900s beds were amazingly comfortable and kitchen is beautiful. One of the best stocked kitchens I have seen for a rental property. I could have camped out on the front porch because it was so relaxing and we enjoyed a barbecue with grandkids out back. just be aware that even though the bathrooms have been updated, the shower situation on the main floor is a little challenging in the clawfoot tub. This home could be a bit of a challenge for an older person who has difficulty doing stairs. I would definitely return to this home again ##### Pam S. Beautifully furnished, clean, very well stocked in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room. Having two king bedrooms was great. You do need to keep your eye on little kids around the furnishings and the stairs down into the basement, but that’s not unique to this house. Nice yards, front and back, and a wonderful porch swing, where we spent a lot of time with the grandkids. Super cool little retreat room/office in the back yard. We’ve stayed in several Boise homes with basement remodels, and this one had a couple little quirks but was overall the best one we’ve been in. The fourth bedroom is a very small room that opens directly off of the downstairs king bedroom, with a trundle bed, so best suited for little kids. Our adult children loved the house; we would definitely stay there again. ##### Tracy S.
