Four-bedroom home plus an office niche attached to the master bedroom features hardwood floors throughout the main floor, with premium appliances, quartz countertops, and a large open gourmet kitchen with large gas range, walk-in pantry, and refrigerator. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the cookware you need for a fully functioning kitchen including a built-in bar. The living room features a gas fireplace and has tall ceilings with windows all the way up - bringing in lots of light. The main floor also features a guest bedroom with an option for a King Bed or two Twin XL Beds. Upstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. The master bedroom is HUGE - and includes an attached niche that serves as an office with an adjustable sit-down/stand-up desk. The master bathroom features a walk-in closet, dual vanities, dual showerheads, and lots of natural light from the skyline windows and 12-foot ceilings. A secondary bathroom accesses from the upstairs hallway features dual sinks and separate toilet/shower area. A laundry room is located by the upstairs bedrooms with Samsung front-load washer and dryer. The home comes with a three-car garage with an EV charging outlet. Cozy outside patio area with outdoor furniture, fire table, and BBQ grill. Close to Micron, Albertsons HQ, Simplot and Downtown Boise in the growing and desirable Harris Ranch community. The seasonal community swimming pool is a block away. Within walking distance is a food truck and picnic area with rotating food, beverage, and dessert trucks.
