Summary:  
Esta hermosa casa cuenta con 6 habitaciones independientes, amplias y bien iluminadas,cada una con su baño privado y dos camas. Se ubica en uno de los mejores sectores de Bogotá, en el Barrio Nicolás de Federmán; a 10 minutos del Aeropuerto Internacional. Otros lugares cercanos son: Biblioteca Virgilio Barco, El Parque de los Novios, El Parque Simón Bolívar, Corferias y a dos minutos la Embajada Americana, el C.C. Galerias en donde podrá ir de compras y disfrutar de bares y ambiente nocturno.  
  
The Space:  
El alojamiento tiene dos plantas, en la segunda planta se encuentran la mayoría de las habitaciones que tienen 2 escaleras de acceso, una en la parte de adelante y otra en la parte de atrás en la habitación (acomodación Múltiple), encontrara 1 cama doble, 1 semidoble y cada habitación cuenta con su baño privado (ducha agua caliente), teléfono con llamadas locales o línea fija, closets TV cable, WiFi gratis las 24 horas.Además ofrecemos un delicioso café todo el tiempo durante su estancia. Encontrará también un patio interno.  
La casa está en un sector central, seguro y muy tranquilo, se encuentra rodeado de sitios de interés como: Movistar Arena,Parque Simón Bolívar biblioteca, centros comerciales, El estadio de fútbol El Campín, almacenes de cadena, parques, a pocos minutos de la Embajada Americana y de Corferias,centro de convenciones G12 y a 20 minutos al centro de la ciudad. La excelente atención por parte del anfitrión.

Los huéspedes pueden disponer de dos salas, área de fumadores, internet, comedor, jardín. patio y un parque que se encuentra frente a la casa.

El barrio es bastante seguro, tranquilo y muy lindo. La casa se encuentra ubicada en un punto central dentro de la ciudad de Bogotá, rodeado de supermercados de cadena, restaurantes y comercio en general, parques, biblioteca y de fácil acceso al transporte público.

El aeropuerto Internacional está a 10 minutos, la Embajada Americana se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando y a pocos metros está la Estación El Campín de Transmilenio. Por ser un sitio central se puede llegar de manera rápida y segura en transporte público o privado a cualquier destino que se desee.
