Great hotel, very nice facilities and excellent attention to detail. Only issue was to do with airport shuttle from airport, as we were incorrectly informed where to find it at the chaotic Bogota airport. Aside from that, everything was wonderful.

I do not recommend this hotel. The overall location is really nice, but it’s not as good as it seems on the outside. I got a room that was stinking of cigarette, as if someone smoked for years and they didn’t do a deep cleaning. The electrical socket in the bathroom was loose, the shower floor was super slippery and there was no mat. The sockets are not phone charger friendly as they’re right next to the light switches, effectively blocking the connection. The breakfast is mediocre, it’s not great quality and it just stays there for hours, by 8 am the food is all dried and stale. The only good part was the fried eggs station if you catch a cook somewhere (sometimes they disappeared). The worst part was that the power went out twice in my floor over two days during my stay, something I think it’s unacceptable in a “high-end” hotel like Sheraton. Supposedly the local electric company was doing maintenance, but how do you not at least tell your customers that it’s going to happen and do some sort of refund? With how expensive this hotel is I am really disappointed. I could have gone to a nice, local hotel for a fraction of what I paid for the stay, and would have gotten much nicer food and a better room. Unfortunately this hotel rides on the Sheraton franchise to lure unsuspecting people like me thinking it will be a nice hotel, but inside it’s only a husk. 1 star.

A shout out to the staff at the reception. They were so kind and allowed me to check out later than usual. I had a night flight back to Paris and they even gave me a place where I could wait for my flight, and even take a shower. A hotel worthy of its 5 stars

The check in was not as good as I thought from a hotel like Sheraton and I arrived at approximately 11:30 pm. The breakfast good but few people to attend the guests. The shuttle to the airport left mi in the #4 door at the airport and with 3 suitcases (I am 67 years old) I had to walk until the door # 7 and the driver knew where I was going. Not very good

The property and staff service were excellent. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to meet our needs. The breakfast was incredible and there was a nice variety of choices. They provide a shuttle service to/from the airport- very professional and on time. We only had one disappointment with the taxi service by the hotel. There was a miscommunication between the taxi service and the hotel that resulted in a very long wait. This was very surprising as everything else with our stay was amazing. I would recommend this hotel and if we come back to visit Bogota again we would stay there again!

Excelente Servicio y ubicación
El hotel tiene excelente servicio, el personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. La ubicación es perfecta, queda cerca de centros comerciales y restaurantes, es una zona segura, se puede salir a cominar con toda tranquilidad. La comida del restaurante es deliciosa. El hotel es tal cual a como sale en las fotos, la habitación siempre estuvo limpio e impecable. Totalmente recomendado.

Nice hotel, as little aged but room is clean and big. Very quiet for sleeping. 10 minutes uber to airport. Will stay again if visiting Bogota.
