Room is big. Location is ok, though a little isolated, but it’s safe (at least for me). No close by dining. Hotel is divided into 2 buildings. Not responsive to request for airport pickup.

Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is quite convinient and close to lots of dining options, shopping is a bit far but not unreasonably so. I stayed for a week and had a good time. My onlynegative experiences were an unrealiable wifi connections and when I ordered room services we asked for no tomatoes in one of our dishes but this was not taken into account. While minor also I would love for the breakfast shcedule for Sunday to apply to Saturday as well as I usually sleep in Fridays

Estupendo lugar, con ubicación muy conveniente en Chapinero, personal de primerísimo nivel, y desayunos de lujo. Altamente recomendado. Mi único reparo es que las camas son algo firmes, pero como las prefiero así, en eso también el hotel resultó ser ejemplar.

Good hotel, closed to alot of restaurants and bars. I will say to bring ear plugs as people or workers make noises like around 5 or 6am. The beds are a little too firm for me, but its a good hotel for a good price.
