All apartments in Villa Seeadler have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating and bathrooms with floor-level showers. A bicycle storage facility is located in the underground garage. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Seeadler is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. Almost all apartments have either an underground parking space or a parking space directly in front of the house. A coin operated washer and dryer can be found on the ground floor of the house. Please note: Construction activities in the surrounding area can lead to impairments. 2-room apartment: Beautiful 2-room apartment in comfort with its own sauna and just a few steps from the beach. The friendly apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Seeadler and is furnished for three people. On the spacious, south-facing terrace you can relax in the beach chair. Here you will also find a ratan table and four council chairs. In the living room you will find a comfortable corner couch and a flat screen TV with BluRay player. In the open kitchen and dining area are the well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven with ceramic hob and microwave, and a large glass table with four chairs. The cozy bedroom offers you a large double bed, a sliding door wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a flat screen TV. The elegant shower room has a floor-level shower, vanity, towel warmer and a hair dryer. You can relax in the sauna at any time. The apartment has an underground parking space with an elevator to the apartment floor, bicycle parking spaces are also in the underground garage. Free WiFi is available for you. Non smoking apartment, no pets. Linen set, travel cot and high chair can be booked for a fee. Secure one of our coveted beach chairs now (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). An underground parking space belongs to your apartment. Please note the headroom of max. 1,90m. If the maximum passage height is exceeded, there is the option of using a paid parking lot in the immediate vicinity. Direkt vor unserer Wohnung gab es einen Bäcker, der auch einige Lebensmittel verkaufte, sowie einen Fahrradverleih. Die Lage ist sehr sehr ländlich. Mit dem Rad kann man bis Warnemünde oder über Heiligendamm bis nach Kühlungsborn sehr schön am Strand entlang fahren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles gemütlich eingerichtet und toll ausgestattet! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die kleine Sauna und der große Balkon mit einem Strandkorb hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die sehr harte Matratze. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub bei jedem Wetter benötigt, und ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit liebevollen und Accessoires ausgestattet, so dass man sich "Zuhause" fühlt. Besonders genossen haben wir die große Terrasse die ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Was ich auch sehr gut finde, sind die Außenrollos die an besonders heißen Tagen helfen, die Temperatur in der Wohnung, trotz der vielen hellen Fenster, angenehm zu halten. Alles in allem waren wir rundum zufrieden und hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit. Eine Anmerkung: was uns ein bisschen geholfen hätte, wären ein paar mehr Infos zum Thema Mülltrennung, Müllentsorgung und Abstellen der Fahrräder in der Infomappe. So haben wir bei der Wohnungsverwaltung nachgefragt, die uns dann auch weiterhelfen konnte... ##### Anke B. Es fehlte an nichts, die Sauna ist toll - sehr nützlich im Februar, wenn man vom Strandspaziergang kommt. Die Lage der Villa Seeadler ist prima, nur ein paar Schritte, schon ist man am Meer.
