Just like the calm sea, which gives the sailor after strenuous trip the possibility of rest and relaxation (Calmsailing, in German: calm sailing) offers the villa Calmsailing with their apartments only 80 meters from the wonderful Baltic Sea beach, all guests and holidaymakers optimal recreational conditions. Your holiday property is located in the first row directly on the Baltic Sea, only 80 meters from the beach, in a brand new and attractively designed Mehrapartmenthaus. Börgerende is considered by locals and guests as a tip - a seaside resort with unspoiled nature without mass tourism and with original charm. On the pristine natural beach you will find excellent water quality. The beach of Börgerende is divided into textile and nudist areas, as well as a dog beach. But not only water lovers come here at your expense. Nature lovers will know Börgerende in every season and learn to love. The nature reserve Conventer See with its unique bird life is located between Börgerende and Heiligendamm. In addition to cycling, Nordic walking, horseback riding, sailing and fishing, our sports enthusiasts in and around Börgerende have many opportunities to actively shape their holidays. Warnemünde, Kühlungsborn or Rostock can be reached quickly by car, bus or bicycle.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment has a terrace and a parking space in the garage. From the underground car park you can take the elevator to the apartment. The apartment offers a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Underfloor heating is installed in the entire apartment and you can go outside from any room. Furthermore, you will find in the open kitchen a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge \*\*\*\*, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
