If you drive, the best place to park is along Zeki Müren Cd. We got a free upgrade as the initial room didn't have towels and blanket. The view of the upgraded sea view room was fantastic but it had only 1 towel for 2 persons. Even so, we had a quiet and peaceful night so we extended for 1 more night. For some reason that Tue night the loud music from the stretch of restaurants along the beach that the large window is facing kept going until 3am the next morning. The noises kept me awake so I knew the time they stopped. Then came the 5am mosque prayer song that we didn't notice the night before. Apart from that, the room was clean and good for the price we paid. A fresh coat of paint brightened up the whole place. However, the roof bar/restaurant was inaccessible perhaps due to the low season. The location is convenient, short walking distances to the beach where the loud music came from and the marina.

VERY POOR experience!!! The room is basic, location is good, but the staff service is deplorable. The receptionist does not speak English and was very rude and impolite. Check-out was at 11AM. At around 10:30, he knocked on my door and aggressively told me to leave on time. After vacating the room, I asked if I could leave my suitcase briefly while I went to get breakfast. Once again, he refused the service rudely and practically forced me out onto the street. To make matters worse, I contacted Hotels.com customer service via chat about this incident. Their response was that they are not responsible for ancillary services like luggage storage. In all my years of experience as a traveler, and having used Hotels.com and other similar platforms, I have never had such a humiliating experience.

Paranızla rezil olmayın.

Yaşadığım en en en kötü tatil deneyimim oldu. 13de hazır olması gereken oda 13:30da hazır olabildi. Önceki müşteri 10.30da çıkması gerektiği halde. Resepsiyon denilen yoğun sigara kokulu pis alanda zil var ve kimse zil çağrısına gelmiyor. Resepsiyondan pansiyon telefonunu ariyirum. Yine az bekleyin deyip yine gelmiyorlar. Ben şuan oteldeyim diyorum az bekleyin geleceğim diyor. Sürekli sigara içen personel ortamın tamamını kokutmuş durumda. Banyo facia. Odada ne havlular ne sabun nede tuv. Kağıdı yoktu. 3 kez istemek zorunda kaldım. Gelmeyince açık gördüğüm depodan aldım. Ve depoları ayrı bir sıkıntı. Depoda yarım bırakılmış bisküviler, içi dolu kül tablaları vardı. Karavan banyolarını biliyorsanız o şekil bir banyo göreceksiniz. Tuvalet lavabo ve duş aynı kabin içerisinde bölmesiz olarak. Bu hiç insana yakışır bir tablo değil. Herşey 1 Metre karelik alanda bölmesiz şekilde olduğundan, tuvalet kağıdı konamiyor. Duş alırken ıslanıyor. Banyodaki fan dışarı bakmak yerine otelin koridoruna bakıyor. Buhar koridora veriliyor. Fan arizaliydi. Işık açıldığında çalışan Fan bırakın o katı, tüm otel fan sesini duyacak kadar gürültü yapıyordu. Biz nasıl orada duş alabiliriz tuvalete girebiliriz. 1 saat içinde yapılacağı söylendi. Yapılmadı. Ertesi günde yapılmadı. Bizi gecistirdiler yani.Zaten 2 gün kalacaktık. Diğer eşyalar ordan burdan çöpe atılmak üzere toplanmış veya değerlendirilmiş kırık çıkık eşyalar. Tek olumlu durumu var. Merkeze olan yakınlığı. Başkada hiç bir olumlu bişey yok.
