This place is far away to be the advertised five star hotel and resort, the rooms are lousy and way substandard.

There was no music playing at this hotel. There is no night club and the nightly entertainment was below average.

Plan your own outings!
They (Hotel Staff) took us to a night club for 30 Lira/person with the promise of free drinks all night long. We ended up paying $300/person instead! Do your own outing/planning and don't trust the hotel staff to arrange it for you.

Genel müdür ercan bey mükemmel bir insan fakat genelde çalışanlar kaba işlerle anlamıyorlar idi mutfak yemek zayıf ve kaldığım sürede hiç yoğurt çıkmadı kadayıf bittiğinde yok bitmiş devamı gelmiyordu Çok sefer birde Ruslar yüzde yetmiş gibi fazla içki ve öğlende içki kokuyorlar idi recepcionda Mehmet bey hakan bey mükemmel insanlar havuzdaki bardaki ali bey neşeli ve işten anlayan az insanlardan biri genelde tavsiye edilecek Bir otel değil beş yıldızı hak etmiyor Ben 35 yıldır otellerde konaklayan biri olarak bence üç yıldız gibi

Lokasyon güzel noktada
Otelin konumu dışında kalan herşey malesef hüsran , çatal,bıcak ve tabaklar sürekli pis , yemek çeşiti yok hep hindi üzerine herşey , yemek bölümündeki personeller ters ve cahil , hiç güler yüz dahil yok. Sadece fiyatı ve lokasyonu güzel.
