"Gorgeous place but not really a well-being resort overall as everyone is allowed to smoke cigarettes anywhere they want including the restaurants which is very uncomfortable and not a good wellness experience. The staff was friendly but most of them don’t speak English or another language. Food was quite good. The pools were very nice but they do need to do maintenance and better upkeep. Music was often also too loud, expected more of a wellness ambience. "

But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. "This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep.
