This property is a tastefully converted stone and cob barn and is in the perfect location for both couples and families to relax or explore Cornwall. Located on our family smallholding in rural countryside it has peace and quiet, yet is ideally placed to visit both the North & South Cornish coasts, the world famous Eden Project and many pretty villages and harbours. We welcome dogs, for a small fixed price. The space The property is split into two levels. Downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen with a welcoming oil fired Rayburn and an electric hob. The twin room and bathroom (with shower over bath) are also downstairs. Upstairs is a light and airy living area with comfy sofas and a log burner. The barn also has central heating. The main double bedroom is off the lounge. Guest access Guests are able to park their car outside the property, there is plenty of space for their bikes if needed, also a utility area with a washing machine.
