Unit Layout  
The 3-room apartment at "Casa Ela" is a spacious 100 m2 unit located on the upper floor, which was renovated in 2024 with beautiful and modern furnishings. It features a living/dining room with a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and satellite TV (flat screen) that leads out to a balcony measuring 12 m2\. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and another with a double bed measuring 200 cm in both width and length.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen that includes two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower/WC. The unit is heated by gas and has a balcony with furniture and a box-room. The property offers a washing machine, iron, and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, there is parking available for one car at the house. Please note that the property is non-smoking and has smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher installed.
