I would like to request a full refund for last nights stay.
The person in the room right next to us ( room 237) at 2am started blasting music so loud the walls were shaking. My son and husband were all woken up.
I immediately called the front desk they said they would take care of the issues.
The music, shouting, slamming doors, and yelling never stopper. I called the front desk again at 3am and said the music, screaming and loud talking still hasn’t stopped.
The front desk woman, Shauna, said she was sorry there is nothing she could do. She tried calling the room and knocking on the door they wouldn’t answer.
At 3:30am Shauna offered to move myself and my family since the music and screaming never stopped but at that point my whole family was up and exhausted from hardly getting any sleep.
I told Shauna I would like a refund since we hardly got any sleep and still nothing had been done about the music. I even told her when we checked out at 4am that the music and yelling was still going on and she said there was nothing she could do.
Shauna told me to contact Expedia regarding a refund because I made the reservation though Expedia.
