Located in South Bodega Harbor, this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a short walk to the beach and the club house. Once in the house, visitors will find a beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms all on one level. Front deck has fantastic views of the bay. The back deck includes a hot tub and gas Weber BBQ. Margaret is an hotelier and loves hosting our guests. The master bedroom has a California King while the second and third rooms have a queen bed each. Large flat screen TV in the living room and in the master bedroom. Our kitchen has Wolf oven, cooktop and microwave and Subzero refrigerator. Additional, it is stocked with many kitchen aid mixer, Keurig, Nespresso and regular coffee maker. The bathrooms are beautifully remodeled. Our home is solar powered and has a Tesla charger. Well-designed floor plan, ample common areas, large bedrooms and baths, and fully equipped kitchen in terms of high end appliances and kitchen equipment.
