The market is practically next door. We loved watching the birds and the boats in the harbor. It was very relaxing and well supplied for our needs. Our dogs also loved it. The only thing for the dogs is that there isn't a good place around the property for them to do their business...it was a little bit of a haul to go up the street to the nearby neighborhood (also many skunk sitings).
