Pathway to the door and driveway are very steep but there is street parking. There is a beautiful 1hr hike to a public beach you can walk to, but avoid when the tide is coming in. There is a sign warning of rip currents and sleeper waves. Neighborhood walking on the street only, but few cars. There is a cliff. Keep dogs on leash.
