The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms, each equipped with two queen beds, share a family bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area create a warm and welcoming space for everyone to gather. A convenient laundry room is also included. Step out onto the expansive screened patio, which seamlessly extends the living area and offers direct access to the deck and beach. Enjoy alfresco dining with the whole family in this beautiful outdoor space, perfect for making lasting memories. We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs are included for your convenience. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. To better assist you, we are pleased to provide assistance in either English or French. The Space: This property is one of few left on island to have a Caymanian Heritage House on the grounds, look out for it when you drive in. This little heritage house survived the hurricane of 2004! The Neighborhood: Located in Bodden Town, historic capital of the Cayman Islands. Getting Around: With minimal public transportation on this quiet side of the island it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay. Other Things to Note: The house can sleep up to 12 people. Parties of more than 10 people will incur extra charges per person per night. $50 per person per night. The beach can experience seaweed being washed up. We do our best to keep in clear, but please be aware that depending on the weather, you may see some! We rented a car and had access to the whole island while enjoying our stay at this house. While most activities are 20 to 31 minutes away, we were able to snorkel right behind the house. We saw a great variety of marine life right there. Convenient and delicious dining is available at Grape Tree Café (3 minute drive), Rankin's Jerk (5 minutes drive), and Czech Inn Grill across the street. Be sure to check out Spotts' Beach, 20 minutes away and you may see some turtles. We had a great time and would highly recommend a stay here. ##### Robert H. We did experience electrical problems in Master Bedroom, thus no lamps or TV! The beach in front was not raked as promised so it was very difficult accessing the water! The access to the water is rocky and slippery! Smith’s Beach is close and perfect for snorkeling! The open, screened porch, sandy front yard and beautiful views are perfect!
