Three spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests, while the fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals a delight. Minimalist coastal décor and ceiling fans throughout create a light, airy, and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of beachside adventures. Key Stay Information Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 x Singles Beds This property offers self-check-in. One set of keys is provided per booking. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest. Where available, facilities such as pools, gyms, saunas, and communal areas are managed by the building or strata and not by AirKeeper. These facilities may be closed, restricted, or undergo maintenance without notice. As AirKeeper does not control these areas, we cannot provide compensation for any unavailability or changes made by the building management. AirKeeper manages your property off-site. Any on-site building staff, including concierge or security personnel, do not work for AirKeeper and cannot assist with check-ins, keys, access issues, or guest enquiries. All communication or support requests must be directed to AirKeeper through the contact details provided. Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community. Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly. Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges. Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond. Cancellations made less than 60 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value. Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund. After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid. The Stayz check-in system requires sensitive personal information (passport) but they would not tell me what security they maintain over this data, and whether it would be deleted once the booking was completed. 2\. The online photos show a large umbrella on the deck but does not say that the umbrella is locked by the owner and not available for use. This could make the deck unusable on hot summer days. 3\. The security system to enter the property involves a gate and 2 roller doors that require press-button controllers - quite a hassle! 4\. The entry to the complex is poorly graded and can scrape the car underneath unless you veer sharply to one side (the side the gate opens from). 5\. On the deck there is paving under the table and some stepping stones but the rest is covered with coarse granite stones which are sharp and impossible to walk on in bare feet. 6\. The carpets are dirty and require cleaning or replacement. 7\. Apart from these issues, the unit itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has fantastic views. ##### Stephen W.
