Aug 11, 2016 #### Beautiful house with astonising views We stayed one week in Doiras. Which is a very small village in Asturias, Spain. We (family with two kids and a dog) had a very nice time. The house is easy to find with the hints of the owner. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The master bedroom is a bit low, but has something to is. Both bedrooms have a toilet and a shower, which is nice. Over all the house was clean, but as the doors are not totally windproof there was some dust inside. The environment was extremely beautiful, with nice walks in the mountains. Even directly from the house itself. Aug 23, 2025 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy La casa en general la hace falta una reforma integral grandísima, las puertas no cierran bien, las ventanas tampoco, la mesa está rota, los colchones son durísimos parece que estás durmiendo en el suelo, apenas tiene luz parece que estás ha oscuras, los cajones para dejar la ropa estaban muy sucios los tuvimos que limpiar mi mujer y yo y la sartén para hacer el desayuno estab llena de grasa lo único que limparon fue el suelo y cambiaron las camas. Es una casa muy incómoda y no está hecha para ir en familia con niños porque las escaleras para subir al piso de arriba son super empinadas y muy incómodas un niño pequeño no puede subirlas, patio o jardín como pone en el anuncio no tiene.... En general la hace falta una reforma de 60.000 y lo único positivo de ella que vimos fue la zona donde se sitúa, si vuelvo, aquí no se me ocurre . ##### José luis P. Para nosotros sólo tiene un "pero", y es que entendemos que a la casa le falta mantenimiento y un poco más de mimo. La decoración es preciosa y se nota que sus dueños tienen un gusto exquisito, pero tiene pinta de que hace mucho tiempo que no pasan por allí, porque las maderas tienen carcoma, las puertas no cierran ni abren bien, faltan varios focos y el jardín está demasiado descuidado. Las vistas desde la casa son bellísimas. En cuanto a la propia casa, sería necesario restaurarla. El suelo de madera, las vigas, las puertas y las ventanas deberían ser tratadas y pintadas. El suelo está carcomido y las puertas y ventanas dejan pasar el aire. El trato con el propietario se ha efectuado a través de sms. A nuestra llegada, nadie nos esperaba. Al cabo de media hora y después de varias llamadas, vino una señora a abrirnos la vivienda. Alberto se disculpó por esta incidencia. La casa es encantadora, muy rústica, decorada con muy buen gusto, limpia, arreglada con unas vistas que quitan la respiración y un entorno magnífico. La aldea es pintoresca y la gente de allí amabilísima. El entorno, ideal tanto para disfrutar del agua (ríos y también playas bastante cerca) como para hacer senderismo, ver animales, algo de historia y disfrutar de la buena acogida de toda la gente de la zona. El propietario es muy amable y nuestro trato ha sido muy fácil y muy agradable.
