Dec 1, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy Nous avons passé un bon séjour mais pas grâce a Abritel ni a l'appartement.Nous avons contacté 2 fois Abritel car nous n'arrivons pas a contacté l'hôte et les deux fois on nous dit que tous est bon et nous recevons même un mail de celui ci pour nous donner rendez-vous au bar de l'immeuble et arrivé nous avons personne et impossible de contact l'hôte encore une fois ...Le Barman nous donne la wifi du bar et nous voyons avec lui et il nous dit que l'hôte est actuellement en Angleterre nous arrivons a contacté Abritel par message mais très difficilement car nous ne pouvons appeler que par whatsApp. le Barman a réussi a contacté une personne qui gère l'appartement (nous n'en avons jamais entendu parlé). A l'arriver de cette dame, elle nous dit que l'hôte la jamais contacté et qu'elle n'a aucune réservation. nous lui prouvons la réservation et elle nous ramène a l'appartement pour faire un état des lieu, mais comme celui-ci n'était pas loué pour elle, le ménage n'a pas été fait et on avoue que l'état n'ai vraiment pas très propre.heureusement que le barman est fabuleux et lui nous le recommandons a 100% mais pas Abritel et l'hôte de cette appartement ##### Patrice F.
