### Welcome to The Millionaire Palace!!!!!! 

Welcome to this amazing home in Briarcrest with four bedrooms , two and one half baths, large office, sunroom, enclosed patio, large shop with electricty, pull through bay door on back as wells as on the front, and storage overhead. This extremely well cared for amazing home has great curb appeal. The well manicured lawn continues in the large back yard. As you enter into this gorgeous home with a large dining room to the right, your eyes will focus on the beautiful hardwood floors, from the comfortable family room all the way to the cozy den. The greatroom features a wooburning fireplace and built-ins. Next you will see a huge kitchen with loads of nice cabinetry, countertops, breakfast room, and stainless appliances This truly is a cooks dream kitchen. The large master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home and is truly stunning, as well as the ensuite that has two large walk-in closets, his and her vanities, jetted tub , separate shower, beautiful tiled floors and so much more. There is also a large office off the master bedroom. All three guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home and all large with large closets. The guest bath is extremely large with in.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood and was very close to my family. I enjoy the house and it was beautiful and well maintain and had all of the amenities that I needed. The host was very good and I give her Kudos and would stay again.
