The property was clean and quiet. It was clear that it had been updated and had a nice clean look. The staff was a little slow but very friendly and helpful.

The property is old, but that was acceptable. The filth however was not. Carpet has dried mud in several areas of the hotel and the room had food on the floor, bathroom was dirty etc. The bed was comfortable and the staff were most helpful and welcoming. Clean the hotel properly and it would be very nice.

Looks run down, a/c unit is an Old Thermostat not an updated one, had to slide handle all the way down to have the a/c kick on and not sure what the temperature was. In the bathroom next to the shower on the floor the corner molding was just leaning against the wall, the toilet paper holder was away from the wall, the shower head drips, the latch on the entry door to your room has multiple holes where the lock has been moved multiple times or maybe had a break in or other problems. I'll never stay here again and this was a Comfort Inn which I thought per rating reviews was a great place. I think I paid too much for this stay.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and helpful. The other guests were very friendly, nice lighted parking lots, rooms where well stocked with everything you needed.

The elevator was rickety, two lights were out in The bathroom and our first room had a broken air conditioner. It took them awhile but they finally offered to give us another room. The first girl who was at the desk and did our initial check in was rude and curt. Not a place we will stay again.

Friendly Staff
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast would have been a little better if an employee had not been vacuuming outside an open door to the dining area while we were eating. Other than that, things were great.

Dennis from maintenance was a delight! He gave us tips on where to eat, directions to wherever we needed to go, offered us fresh popcorn, you name it. That man needs a raise and a new title as Concierge. Room clean and beds comfy. Good breakfast too.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Curtains kept out the lights from outside. Very quiet. Never heard any people in the hallways. Nice breakfast options, of eggs, biscuits & gravy and waffles. We felt safe and very comfortable.
